Moro Athletics – Return Policy
This Return Policy supplements the Moro Athletics Terms & Conditions and explains how returns are handled for products purchased through our website and team stores.
General Return Policy
Moro Athletics aims to deliver high–quality athletic apparel and equipment. For eligible products, returns are accepted within 20 days of the original shipment date. All return decisions are made at the discretion of Moro Athletics based on the condition of the item at the time it is received back.
To be considered for a refund, an item must be returned in new, unused, unwashed, and fully resalable condition. Packaging and all original tags should be included whenever possible.
- The 20-day return period begins on the date the order is shipped, not the date it is received.
- Items that show signs of wear, odor, alteration, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Eligibility & Condition of Items
Only standard, non-custom products purchased directly from Moro Athletics or from an official Moro Athletics online team store are potentially eligible for return under this policy. Items purchased through other retail partners must follow that retailer’s policies.
Moro Athletics reserves the right to inspect all returned items. If an item is received in a condition that does not meet the requirements above, the item may be rejected for refund and, if requested, returned to the customer at their expense.
Custom & Personalized Products
Many Moro Athletics products are manufactured specifically for individual players or teams. These include, but are not limited to, custom uniforms, team-specific apparel, player-numbered gear, and custom colorways for products such as:
- Team jerseys, shorts, and shooting shirts
- Custom Moro Pro Mitts and Mountaineer Goalie Mitts
- Team-branded hoodies, sweatpants, and outerwear
- Player-specific or team-specific facemasks and protective equipment
Because these items are produced uniquely for a specific customer or team and cannot be resold, all custom and personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
If you are unsure whether a product is considered custom or personalized, please confirm before ordering.
Color Matching & Production Variations
Moro Athletics works to keep colors consistent across uniforms, apparel, and protective gear. However, slight variations can occur due to differences in fabrics, finishes, print methods, and production runs.
For teams or organizations that require a specific color, a precise color reference such as a Pantone, HEX, or RGB code should be provided before production. Moro Athletics will make a good-faith effort to match the provided color code within normal production tolerances.
When a specific color code is not provided, Moro Athletics cannot guarantee exact color matching. Minor color differences that result from normal manufacturing processes are not considered defects and are not grounds for return.
Third-Party Retailers & Team Partners
Some Moro Athletics products may be sold through leagues, tournaments, retailers, or team organizations. Purchases made through these third parties are subject to the return or exchange policies established by that organization. Moro Athletics does not control, administer, or override third-party return policies.
Issues related to orders placed through a retailer or partner organization should be addressed directly with that organization.
Refunds & Credits
Approved returns for eligible items will generally be refunded to the original form of payment used at checkout. Processing times may vary based on the customer’s bank or card issuer.
Moro Athletics may, at its discretion, offer store credit instead of a refund in certain situations, such as when an item is returned outside the standard return window but is still in new, unused condition.
Nothing in this Return Policy alters or limits any rights that may be provided under applicable consumer protection laws in the State of Colorado.
